Personal Thoughts: Super easy silly cosplay for late night shenanigans with my lady <3
Construction: This is a thrifted & altered costume. I had the skirt, fishnets, bracelet, boots, dogtags, and belt so all I had to buy was the hat, shirt, and sheriff's star. The only part I put any effort into was altering the badge on the hat and I used some weird attachment on my dremel to write Panty all pretty on the dog tags!
