Personal Thoughts:Easiest costume ever! I also love my best friend for giving me his old Togepi plushies.
Construction: I bought the shirt, shorts, and shoes for about $5 at a local thrift store. All I had to do was hem the shirt and pants as well as paint the shoes. I also made some easy badges to handout randomly.
